and we will give all our personal assistance. Once
you have found the accommodation that you prefer please
fill the
check availability form
to make sure the property you require is still available
on the dates you specify and send the completed booking
form to us. When you will accept the Booking Conditions
on the Booking Form you will do so for yourself and on
behalf of any other persons named on the booking form,
including those substituted or added by agreed amendment.
Forward your deposit of one third of the full calculated
online stay/rental costs,
which must be arranged to reach us within 7
days or your reservation will be cancelled.
Please refer to the confirmation email you will receive
when confirming your booking for arrangements. No
commitment exists until we receive the above and we have
returned an e-mail with receipt for
payment of your deposit.
PAYMENT
OF BALANCE
When
we receive payment, into our bank account, for the balance
of rental due, which must be not less than 45 days before
departure, we will forward detailed information on your
booking & instructions on how to reach the accommodation
if not enclosed in the Accommodation/Hotel Web-brochure
pages. Late payment will be liable to an administration
fee not higher than € 50.00 (Euro). If the balance is
not received by us, we shall be entitled to cancel the
booking, without prejudice to our claim for cancellation
charges as stated in this document and to retain the deposit.
Please remember that reminders for Payment of Balance
will not be sent.
BOOKINGS
Accommodation may only be used by the persons named on the
booking form:
Sub-letting is not permitted.
If
one
of
these persons should beprevented
from taking up the booking by illness, jury service, redundancy,
unavoidable work commitment or the death or serious illness
of a close family member, the booking may be transferred
to another person provided that:
the transfer is requested in writing at least one week in
advance, that the request is accompanied by documentary
proof of the reason for the transfer. The administration
fee will be
€30.00
per booking, plus all charges of whatever nature levied
by SISI.VG's
suppliers. Clients should be aware that some suppliers,
particularly airlines, may charge a 100% cancellation fee
and the cost of a new ticket.
AMENDMENTS
In
the event of an
amendment to a confirmed booking
a fee of €30.00
will be charged to cover administration costs.
In the case of a minor amendment
(eg. cancellation of a pre-booked car)
this charge will be applied per booking;
in the case of a major amendment (eg. change of holiday
dates, accommodation or resort) this charge will be applied
per person. If you should require a major amendment within
8 weeks of departure, the alteration will be treated as
a cancellation of the original holiday (attracting cancellation
charges) and will be regarded as a new holiday booking.
CANCELLATION
Should
you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you must advise
us in writing or by e-mail at least 60 days before departure.
In the event of cancellation, that shall be effective only
when notification is receivedby
e-mail, we reserve the right to retain all or part
of the rental paid. The following charges will be applied
as a proportion of the Total Holiday Cost:

Once
the holiday has commenced no refund will be made. If you
decide to alter the arrangements after the commencement
of the holiday, i.e. change of accommodation, you will
be deemed to be breaking your commitment with us. We do
not therefore accept liability for any loss, damage or
additional expenses which you or your party incure
and no refunds will be made. In the unlikely event that
we may have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond
our control, we shall immediately offer you alternative
accommodation. Should that not meet with your approval,
any rental paid will be refunded in full, there will be
no further claim against us and we will have no further
liability whatsoever to you.
LIABILITY
We
accept no liability in respect of any loss or damage of
any kind caused by wars, threat of war, natural disasters,
fire or theft, riots, floods, storms etc., or by any event
that constitutes "force majeure".
BREAKAGES
For
the Self Catering properties no
items, fixtures or fittings shall be removed from
the accommodation or left outside at any time. We reserve
the right to ask for a breakages deposit, payable to us
before departure or on arrival.
AIR TRAVEL
We
are able to offer flights through various air travel companies
and agents. But they or us do not own or control and do
not have any connection with or interest in any of the airlines.
The airlines are independent and we SISI.VG Ltd do not accept
any responsibility whatsoever for their acts, default and/or
omissions. Please remember that flight times are only estimates
and cannot be guaranteed as they are provided by Airlines
and are subject to change because of such matters as air
traffic control restrictions and weather conditions. In
the event of a flight delay we will not be liable for any
compensation or loss of holiday enjoyment, unused hotel
accommodation and any other losses of the kind.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Any
special requirements must be advised to us in the booking
form and we will confirm that they have been passed on to
the relevant party at whose discretion the service will
be provided. We do not guarantee compliance of any special
request and do not accept any liability for non-provision
of the same. Adding requests after booking may incur an
amendment charge.
SISI TRAVEL
undertake to advise you of any material changes known to
them prior to your departure. They cannot accept responsibility
for any information not contained in this Web-brochure being
confirmed verbally by them unless they subsequently reconfirm
this in writing by e-mail.
PROPERTIES
Self
Catering properties are to be left clean and tidy,
but normally there is a final cleaning fee to be paid.
COMPLAINTS
In
the event of cause for complaint, you should contact us
immediately by telephone and confirm the details in writing
or e-mail whilst you are still in occupation of the property
or other accommodation. SISI.VG Ltd. shall have no
liability of any claim that is not made within this period
of time, and in any event, the liability shall not exceed
the amount paid by the client for the property or other
accommodation.
DESCRIPTIONS
SISI Ltd.
honestly believe that all statements made in their Web-brochure
are correct. Every reasonable effort has been made to
describe the properties and environs and to provide the
amenities described. We cannot therefore be held responsible
for any changes that become known after the Web-brochure
pages are published nor can SISI Ltd accept liabilities
for happenings outside its reasonable control, such as
breakdown of domestic appliances, plumbing, wiring, water
and electricity cut-offs by the public bodies for maintenance,
etc., delays of travel services etc., weather conditions,
invasion of pests, owners negligence resulting in loss,
injury or accident. In most cases the descriptions have
been provided by the Hotel or Property Administrators
but SISI Ltd has no reason to believe that at the time
of publishing the documents in the web-brochure were not
accurate and true to the reality. If an accommodation
is equipped with air-conditioning, the period and time
of functioning of the system is at the discretion of the
Accommodation/Hotels' manager/proprietor. All distances
stated are approximate. Excursions and trips are subject
to demand at any given time. The use of sports facilities
such as tennis courts, swimming
pools and others described in the
Accommodation/Hotel Details are at managers'
absolute discretion and may be closed due to maintenance,
etc., SISI Ltd accept no liability for this whatsoever.
These conditions shall be governed by International Law.
The rents are calculated
depending upon the type of accommodation: Hotel Rooms, Suites,
Apartments, Villas and Bungalows. Rooms, Suites and other
accommodation with boarding facilities are priced per person
per day. Self Catering Apartments, Villas and Bungalows
are priced per property per week. For the months of July
and August fortnightly bookings (minimum) are accepted.
For the rest of the year, weekly bookings are accepted provided
they slot in with other bookings.
RENTS INCLUDE
stay
or property rental. In most cases they alsoinclude electricity/gas &
water, bed linen & small towels
(see each
Accommodation/Hotel details). Beach
towels are not provided and it is recommended that you take
your own bath towels.
CHANGEOVER
day
is usually Saturday or Sunday depending upon the accommodation.
If the stay begins on a Saturday and is a weekly booking
your departure day from the accommodation will also be Saturday.
You should arrive not earlier than 14.00 hrs and not later
than 22.30 hrs and leave not later than 10.00 hrs.
However, very occasionally, exceptions can be made.
BREAKAGES and CLEANING
For
self-catering properties we reserve the right to ask for
breakages deposit payable to us before your departure or
on arrival. Properties are to be left clean and tidy but
normally there will be a final cleaning fee to be paid.
We do also ask that our clients respect the properties and
treat them with care. We rely on clients' honesty to inform
us of any damage/breakages, so that, the matter can be dealt
with before the next clients' arrival.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
It
is best to
request information or
check availability to make sure that the property
of your choice is available. If it is, please fill and send
our online booking form and we will hold it for 7 days only,
pending the receipt of the deposit of one third (1/3) of
the full stay/rental costs, rounded up to the next five
Euros, payable by credit card or bank transfer. Please
refer to the confirmation email you will receive when confirming
your booking for payment arrangements. Once payment
of the deposit is received by our bank, the property is
booked we will send confirmation by e-mail and of any special
requirements you may have, if these can be supplied.
THE BALANCE
of
stay and/or rent will be due not less than 45days before
departure. Late payment will be liable to an administration
fee not higher than € 50.00 (Euro) and/or cancellation of
your holiday. On receipt of the final balance, we shall
send detailed information on your booking & instructions
on how to reach the accommodation if not enclosed in the
Accommodation/Hotel Web-brochure pages.

at the time of booking.

All
prices shown are in Euros (€),
unless specified differently. All payments are to be made
in Euros.For

ACCOMMODATIONS
We
have done our best to ensure that the descriptions are honest
and accurate. The Self Catering properties are owned by
southern Italians and they do not cater for the Mass tourist
market. Self Catering properties normally have shower and/or
bathroom with hot and cold water, kitchen area with fridge,
cooking hob, some with ovens, all with cold water, some
with hot water. Please remember that in warmer climates,
furnishings are often simpler and fewer and tastes are different.
All the owners are proud of their accommodation and may,
from time to time, visit to attend to their property. "Double
bedrooms" do not necessarily have double beds, but
they may have two singles. .
OCCUPANCY
The
most suitable occupancy for the property is always the first
number stated. However, extra beds/bed settees are available
to allow up to the second number.

INSURANCE AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
It
is essential to provide for the unexpected, insurance, both
before and during your holiday. Insurance caters for most
contingencies from the cancellation of your holiday, in
circumstances beyond your control (thus insuring deposit
for rent, air fares, etc.,) to almost every conceivable
problem that can spoil a holiday. The use of a car is strongly
recommended for all our accommodations. For your air
